All Black Friday and Cyber Monday vouchers are valid between the 1st January 2026 and 31st March 2026 only. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond this stated validity period. Vouchers cannot be used on certain key dates such as Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Please check when booking. Advanced bookings required. This voucher features a unique reference code which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. The unique code may only be redeemed once. To redeem a gift voucher or experience, an advance reservation is required and the original voucher must be presented at the restaurant. Vouchers with QR codes can be presented by phone. Photocopies are not accepted. Reservations are subject to availability and any cancellation made within 48 hours of a booking renders the voucher null and void. Vouchers for experiences (including set menus) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or incentive. Vouchers do not include drinks, wine pairings or additional dishes, unless otherwise stated. Service charge on the experience selected is included. Additional items selected at the time of booking or ordered at the restaurant may incur an additional optional service charge. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be given.
